Launchcom provides website, app, design, integration, automation, maintenance, and related digital services.

Payments

Project setup fees and subscription payments are due as agreed. Subscription services continue until canceled under the agreed notice period.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, assets, and approvals required for project completion.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final delivered assets transfer to the client after all required payments are completed.

Limitation

Launchcom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services, platforms, or third-party tools.
